Just a few hours ago, the first Public Preview of the next version of
Visual Studio is announced along with .NET 10 RC 1.
It's Visual Studio 2026 or Visual Studio 18 under the
classic versioning system.

host of exciting new features.
One of the standout updates is the introduction of the
Insiders channel, which replaces the traditional Preview channel
